Using multiple stock elements in one file for simulation.

Hello, I'm a new Mastercam user (transitioning from Esprit).  I recently started at a new shop and am trying to work my way through MC.  Using 2018 for the time being, until the IT guy updates my pc. 

I'm trying to figure out how to use 2 solids as my stock for simulation.  (vise soft jaws)  I've created the solids in my MC file, but I can only choose one in the stock page.  I found this post from 2 years ago, but the video no longer works.  Thanks in advance for any help!!

    Create a Stock Model operation and select these solids for the Initial stock shape. You do not need to select any Source Operations.

I follow the instructions , however my stock bodies do not overlay the part. They are out in space away from the part and also flipped 90 degrees. I am using mastercam for solidworks however. Any suggestions ?

run verify, save as stl file type, use file of stl for verify
