strange toolpath request

You can still use J's method.  Just draw a drive line 90 degrees from the line that you want to cut and use that to create your path.

 

I hope that made sense.

thanks guys.we will probably use the ruled toolpath between 2 lines now that we know its just not me that cant do this on a single line!

this is the toolpath we want.

ill just transform it and then trim toolpath to the shape we want and then do the same at 90 deg.

this is an experiment in one of our powder bed additive machines.

I asked what 5 axis toolpath  I can use for get same thing like this .I am not 5 axis expert .When I try morph 5axis  I can finish only one side (wall )  the make other one for other side .This sample show ,haw you can finish this part run  both sides .
