2D HIGH SPEED DYNAMIC

I'm using 2d HST Dynamic mill,  is there a setting I can keep it from breaking straight X and Y moves?

normally I wouldn't care but the code is nearing machine max.  could have sworn there was a checkbox thingy thing somewhere...

Are you looking for the Arc Filter/Tolerance page? It's right above planes. Usually this will shorten the code a bunch.

Why not remove redundant N (line number) codes?

some older machines need line numbers. What he needs to do is turn on arc filter/tolerance and play with the setting to get it smaller.

Use the filtering . you can set to look at more of lines then arcs at the lower left corner. start with a low setting so you do not push to hard and deviate outside the cut profile.
