Reduce the tolerance from the default .005 to .0005 and see if that helps. Expect more code. Other thing to try is Polar Interpolation and see if you get better results that way. Slant Bed Y by chance yes that is the nature of these machines. Limit Y travel as certain diameters. Not sure about some move in Y and other moves in C. Might have to try a Multi-Axis toolpath and see if that does what your after if your post will support it.

Its small, the pocket detail about 1.x.75,  machine is a mazak qtu 200 msy with a matrix nexus 2 control

it does look smooth as its cutting, this is just the toolpath that finishes the wall

i bet that is the solution to this problem. seen this many times before and thats almost always what gets missed. I wish all the post devs out there would make this a default, most add this option to the post but don't make it the default and i never understood why they don't but oh well.

Some times that problem has nothing to do with the code but instead is your live tooling holder. Check how much play your cutter shows when you wiggle it., maybe the live tooling holder is the problem. That happened to me already couple of times.
