How to rotate a axis for contour path

OK, I don't think I am seeing what you're expecting...to me, it looks like it chanfers straight across the edge...

Are you trying to run it like a C axis contour in a lathe? If so, you'll need a multi-axis path to achieve that...

My code looks the same but the 4th is taking the shortest route to the next A so it turns about 2 deg.

I tried fooling it with overlap by circumference and by extend length of contour but no go.

What I ended up doing was to stick a g91 in ahead of my A360. and a G90 in the next line. it worked well.

I think my machine is set up to take the shortest way to the next A value.

by looking at these codes I suspect they will produce the same non turning result.

I will see next time I have the fourth running. Thank you for your time Jason and Heavy Chevy
