Plunge Milling cycle or c-hook

So its been a long time since i used it but remember a plunge milling cycle or c-hook for doing this. is this still avail and where is it. using X9 now. would appreciate any help on this.

 no im looking for direct Z plunge like a drilling cycle. picking the outer diameter and setting a step-over distance or percentage. this might have gone back to version 9.

there is other ways to plunge milling but the methods shown in the video above is my favorite way to use it. its not a very impressive video, was back from my earier days with making videos but should demo how to use it.
