Cutter violates part geometry W/2-dHS, and Surfacing

Recommended Posts

Parts are correct in Mastercam verify, Mastercam backplot, and Mastercam Machine simulations. Cutter violates part geometry W/2-d HS toolpaths, and Opti-rough Surfacing toolpaths. Posted code has endmills running through the part. Would try to ramp into the cut with a 93.0" radius, the remedy of which was to turn of  filtering (100.0 max radius default setting). Never had this issue before, and why would it gouge the part?  Gouges look like circular lead-ins, or HSTP leads. This is a recent development, coinciding with latest 2019 update installation. Post is for a Doosan MV6030. Any ideas or similar issues?????
