Hello!

I have the next piece on which I have to do the operation of Hammer Peening (red surface).

 

Which operation should be best used? I currently use mill -> multiaxis -> multisurface.

The tool must always be perpendicular to the surface. It is also necessary to define the distance from the edge to which the tool can be moved (blue frame). How can I define the distance from the edge to which the tool can move?

Hello!

Has any one of you performed a 
Hammer Peening operation (example: http://www.mastercam.dk/2017/mastercam/robotmaster-en-succes-hos-daimler-artikel-pa-engelsk/)? Which type of mechanical treatment you have used (milling, turning, ...). Which strategy is best to used, given that it is a multi-axis mechanical treatment?
