Clear colors will set it back to it's original color as shown above...however, understanding what those color changes signify is helpful as well...

When using transform, as well as a couple other features to manipulate geometry, you will see 2 colors come into play..Red & Purple

When using transform, after performing the function, the originating geometry will now turn red, showing you exactly which geometry has been modified.,the resultant color will be purple, that signifies the geometry that was modified.

As above, Clear colors will set the color back to original.
