Filling hole in a solid

Try selecting it with move from the model prep menu and translate it off the panel, or use model prep push and pull to pull the floor up the desired level, or create a solid primitive cylinder and boolean them together,or create a flat boundary surface on top and create solid from surface. model prep push and pull would be the choice to make it smaller like Rekd suggested.

Modify feature remove.

Make a copy if you need it there.

Just to add to this -

You can use Modify feature  with create body checked.  It will fill the hole for you.  If you put the newly created bodies (if you have more holes) on to another level, you can just blank the level when you're done with them.
