C Axis Helix - Lead in/out question - 2020 lathe

Running 2020, c/y axis lathe.

Have milled helix on od of part. Using Axis substitution to cut. No comp, center cut of ball end mill. (follow geometry)

Attempting to "adjust end of contour" in lead in/out area. If a value is placed in this area, the tool path is eliminating some or all of the last line in the contour. If "adjust end of contour" is left unchecked, the tool path goes to programmed point without an issue.

"adjust start of contour" seems to work fine, if value placed in, the start is adjusted by that amount.

Maybe someone else can look at this, I have done this for years, and do not remember this happening in prev versions..

but to get by use the regular lead/in/out settings tangent 100%

After some playing and hoping I was entering something wrong, I did exactly as you have. Same result as extend, just different was of getting there.
