Mastercam for machine

Well, I need some help to understand something about MC, it's the first time I use the program. I am currently trying to test MC for some machine in our workshop, but when I transfer the NC file to the machine, it can be checked but it cannot be run or the machine freezes. In this case is a Charmille Robofill 310. What I need or what can I do???

I assume you have a working Mastercam post processor for your machine? This is the key to generating proper code for your machine. Contact your re-seller to purchase one if you don't have one.
