INVALID ARC

Hello everyone,
   Once in a while it gives me INVALID ARC although the codes are OK, can you guys tell me what I might done wrong with the source file in CIRCLE MILL?

You are attempting to spring pass with an overlap on lead in. You have to turn off overlap when using spring pass

   It worked, however I want to use this overlap on the CIRCLE MILL. is there away we can by pass this?

Yes, put 0 for spring passes

  Sometimes I use SPRING PASSES for hole accurate or pocket  re-machining.  Is there away that we can overcome this error in other way?

In x9 it don't care but now it does.
