Installing MasterCam Art. Help!

Hi there, I am a student at Lane Community College trying to finish my associates. At this point in my education a lot of the projects are student driven. I have chosen a project that has a lot of design intricacies that I think MasterCam Art can help me with.

The Faculty here have been kind enough to supply me with a license but we can't seem to download or install our MasterCam Art add on from the MasterCam site despite being logged in with the faculty's MasterCam "Sign in" and linked to the site from his computer. Has anybody encountered this before? Are we missing something blatant and stupid? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Depending on your users permissions you may need for the administrator to sign in and do the install for you, this is the case where I work and if you are running the installer and nothing is happening then this most likely applies to you.

You may need to generate a new password.

The Forum and Support pages were down for a couple of weeks a while back and new passwords were required to access Forum and Support pages

once they got those sites back up
