USING .STL FILE AS STOCK

In Op-1 mastercam file, I finish turned , finish bored  and machined few holes, mill pockets on front face of part, ran simulation and saved the end state as an .stl file to be used for op-2

In Op-2 mastercam file, In stock setup I brought that .stl file to work with. When I run the simulation it only shows Lathe turned and bored state and I do not see any holes and pockets that were machined in op-1.

Make sure you are in TOP in the  Stock Setup Tab in Properties in Machine Group.

 It's in TOP in the stock setup page in properties in machine group. Same issue.

Was it in TOP when you opened it or did you need to change it? 

What happens when you just display the OP1 result .stl on the screen?

It was already in TOP when I opened it.

On the main mastercam screen Op1 result.stl shows properly.

When I go to simulate the operations,  it  shows only the lathe turned part from op1, no milling

Your running simulation in what Mastercam machining type? Milling or turning? Mastercam Lathe simulation is not going to give you what your thinking it will for Verification. Keeping everything in one machine group and using stock flip is the only way to get this to work correctly. A file would help or I suggest you get a hold of your dealer to point you in the right direction if a file cannot be shared due to ITAR or NDA.
