plane jumping in 2020

Has anyone else been having the working plane change in 2020? I have had multiple times where all of a sudden my active plane is not the one I was working in.

I have seen this issue with copied planes in 2020 and 2019, Hopefully 2020 Update 1 should improve this problem

Yes this has been an issue. I am now in the habit of locking the planes after I get it where I want it and no issues after that.

I have had this frustratingly more than I care to admit.  I've began locking planes.  I've never had to do that.

Same here, I never knew you could lock a plane until my awesome MC reseller told me.

This crap has been happening for many versions of Mastercam. It's not a new issue at all.

This has been repeatable since 2020 rolled out by creating a plane, then adding a machine group.  The active WCS will change when the new machine group is inserted.  That's the only time I've experienced a plane change that I couldn't blame on operator error.

When I create a WCS in any plane except the Top my C & T planes jumps to whatever plane I started from, But if I orient the model dynamically they dont jump. Thats what I am seeing.

When i create a plane such as TOP PLANE OP 1 i lock that plane in so it does not go to any other view plane for whatever reason. I unlock to go to the next working plane and toolpath. Works for me.

After installing Update 1 yesterday I have to go into a file and move a WCS.....and before I could lock it, it moved off into space and oriented in a different direction and had to be brought to heel...

So, no joy in mudville on that one
