The Generic Fanuc 5X Mill Post is not setup to allow you to just "plug in" a Z Translation.

What are you trying to offset?

The Post calculates the Rotary Angles by taking your Current WCS Plane (Top Plane), and the Tool Plane of the individual Operation, and Performing Vector and Matrix Mathematics, to calculate the Primary and Secondary Rotary Axis Angles.

Typically, the 'atan2' function is what ultimately is used to calculate the actual Rotary Angles.

You are much better served by learning how the Generic Fanuc 5X Mill Post "works internally", and making sure you setup your Part Files and Post appropriately.

For example, for 5-Axis Operations (only), there are 3 Misc Real Numbers (MR7, MR8, and MR9), which act as a "global shift" for 5X Paths.

If you really want to be able to "Shift" the 5X output on-the-fly, that is the mechanism I would probably look to use...
