  1. Blame Trial Lawyers. I think Haas got sued because some idiot disabled the safety interlocks and killed or maimed someone. So of course they sued Haas and I think they won. Somebody has to ruin it for everyone because they can't take personal responsibility for their actions.

  2. All else fails you make copies of the original and use different amounts of stock to leave. Think of each operation as a depth of cut. You need to cut 1" deep and want to take .1 a pass then the 1st operation you have it leave .900 on the floor. Then on the 2nd operation you have it leave .800 and so on and so on. Get out of the box sometimes and see the outside of the box and you can think of many ways to accomplish the task.   3. Far as I know no. The only real way is to make a dummy boundary where there is excess in one place and sometimes you can trick Mastercam into starting there.

  4. FOUND IF I TIGHTEN UP THE SURFACE TOLERANCE ON THE FLOW LINE SURFACE PERAMETERS PAGE IT MAKES THE FACETS SMALLER
