  1. I just talked about this in a different thread. The old way didn't do this. However since the introduction of Automatic Work Offsets this has become the new norm. Post builders have added switches that will only output G54. I don't like that method I make sure to go into the planes manager and assign my work offsets for each plane in there.

  2. I think I figured it out. It seems I had some corrupt solid models.

  3. Mastercam considers by default a new plane, a new work offset... Set them to what you want...if only G54 is desired set the work offset value to 0

  4. The old automatic workoffset has bitten you sir. You must go into the planes manager as a habit and define all the work offsets. If you don't then you will see exactly what your seeing. If you going ot be doing a lot of this then you should make a template file that is set like you want and then go from there.

  5. If the logic has not already been added to the post, it's a 100% post issue....the control def fields are just the method of inputting the data. If the post doesn't know what to do with said data, it will do absolutely nothing different

  6. The US guy said I should go through Germany. I didn't see a UK contact either so I emailed Germany.

  7. Setting WCS plane to TOP and regenerating can solve this issue, but something isn't right. Definitely send this through your reseller.

  8. A little bit beside the point , but I noticed from your first pic that you have those little numbers appearing next to your ribbon functions . You can turn that off now in 2019 from "Customize the Ribbon...." As for the problem at hand , I tried tweaking almost everything, but it just won't regen properly. Also the problem persists in 2020. You'll have to send it to QC... Gracjan

  9. If you just wanted to make it jump it for you, you could use surface finish project and set screw head as check. I've never used it like that but I'm sure it would avoid it.

  10. V9 coolant only supports three coolants. You would have to use x-style to add another.
