  2. We only use Karnasch tools for copper for our electrodes. We order out of Germany for them and get as small at .2mm ball nose tools that are typically 0/-.01mm

  3. I'm a pretty big fan of Union Tool for this (copper electrodes), they have different tolerance levels you can buy but I think the worst is +/- .01mm which is just shy of .0004"

  4. Verify has the option. It's in the verify tab in the Analyze toolbar. Not sure about the stock model though.

  5. Select output options to get to the filtering page, also you have tolerance and toolpath corner % to play with.

  6. Mic 6 is a cast aluminum material so a cut thread will have less holding pressure than with wrought/ extruded material. Depending on the thread usage you may want to roll tap to get the increased holding pressure.
