  1. Slow it down way to fast for that material. Need to increase the depth of cut to .75 at least.   2. Make sure the SolidWorks CAM addin is not loaded. To ensure this, open SW, go to "Tools/Addins" and uncheck both checkboxes next to SolidWorks CAM. Then shut down and start SW again.

  4. .625 IC 55 deg is not a very popular insert size. Not many people need one that big. You might be able to get a custom made.
