Well that sounds like an easy solution. Most of my programming is usually for one machine here, so I would only need to create two icons. I am going to look into the default machine in the system config and see what I can figure out.1 point

Setup Sheet should be tied to your Machine, through the Control Definition File. When you load a MD, it will reference the Setup Sheet assigned on the Files Page of the CD. I'm not sure about the Machine Simulation default.1 point

I have gotten models that are probably junk and optirough leaves weird islands and skinny spires. I made surfaces and it was fine1 point

2D swept or revolve produces very clean motion, one of the reasons I use it. A programmer needs to have a "bag of tricks", you dont want to be stuck on 2 or 3 TPs.1 point

I program a bunch of different Mill/Turn machines in Mastercam not using the MT environment and use CAV with no issues. I even program some and customers run them without CAV.1 point
