I modified one of the templates for the mill operations to include the length offset and the diameter offset.
Save the original file before copying the new file to the SST directory
Use this as an example and tweak it for you own use

Question 1: Do you mean Quick Verify?
Question 2: A couple of little problems that are slipping you up.
The first is your Stock Model is set to start from a model, but the model that you chose is only the top face of Op#1 so just select the entire model.
Second problem is that Level 1 was still visible, so it turn off level 1.
Edits: Looks like JB780 beat me, and I can't embed images here anymore. . Two failures!
I'm curious as to why the tool numbers in the librarymatter, unless you're doing a couple of pretty specific things...
You can set it up so that tools load sequentially....this negates needing to number them in a library..
Now, if you're setting up standardized carousel tooling, that's a different thing and would require saved tools numbers...in this case, I will make an empty Mastercam file with those tools in it...I use that as a "seed" file and import any parts into it, then do a "Save As"
I have a library that I draw on that has 1,000+ tools...as we use Mazak Tool life, they are saved with T#'s such as 11010500 for a .500 F-endmill...in those case I do not use the add sequential option
Still wish they wouldn't take some of the simple way of doing things away. I get the direction they are headed but.....
It would be easy for them to just incorporate the stock setup from 2022 IMO .
Aaron, I've gotta take a win when I get it! You pro's have helped me so much on here, I figure I'll try to take care of the easy ones when I can! lol
Not that I've seen, but that doesn't mean there's not something I dunno about.
