Hello Guys, I am using Macam since 2015 almost 6 years. I am programming for lathe machine. Here i have question. i have 3D tool in MCam and programs for bushing. but have problem with front/back chamfer in id and od. both are changes not giving right dims as i programed. mostly its gave small/large chamfer with maintaining angle. Does any one know how can proceed to correct it. Look at this pics id and od chain. I tried with using G41 and G42 but its was disappointed. does any one have idea. As this chamfer are really critical for our business. Thank you in advance.
