Mastercam Crashes immediately when opening "chuck settings". It's never done this before, but I did just install the 3rd update. Does anyone know which folder I need to find or move so I can define my chuck jaws without crashing the program? Stock settings works fine. Thanks, -Bill

I've been using Mcam, happily creating 2D tools for a few years now. I decided to dip my toes into making 3D tools. So far the biggest hitch is I'm not getting an "icon" or a "thumbnail" in my tool manager screen. Does anyone know what I need to do differently, short of going back to 2D tools? I've been using MasterCam for a while on mills, I'm new to using it on a Lathe. I have a Mazak QT10n (simple 2 axis lathe) with a T2 EIA/ISO control. Does anyone anyone here use a similar machine? Really hoping to find an example of what works so I can work with my reseller to fix my post. I can't get more than a few lines in before I seem to lose the coordinate system. Thanks, -Bill
