  1. I am turning an OD on what will be a chess piece. However, I keep getting the tool running into the stock error. Any fixes? I'm new to all this and learning so any help would be greatly appreciated. Picture included:
  2. It seems you are correct and I am a goof. Thank you for helping me out as I am quite new to this.
  3. I am currently working on a CNC Chess set. All parts are aluminum and I am trying to get the finish pass on my OD but it seems to be offset on any slopes. I have my solidworks part model and I am working off of that. My plunge parameters seem fine, there is no stock set to leave behind. I am using a 35 degree od turning tool with 0 degree clearance on the back. The toolpath runs just fine with no errors but won't follow the exact path I need. Any suggestions? Picture included as well.
