Hi guys, I'm trying to do a 0.5 mm chamfer drill on 3 pairs of holes with different diameters. I have tried doing it in one toolpath with 1 tool and in 3 toolpaths with 3 different tools and each time only 1 set of holes displays proper chamfer in simulation window and other holes have too big chamfer. Is it a simulation display problem or my setup? I have tried using spot drill, normal drill, and chamfer mill but nothing gets the job done. :(
