What was your fix?

Thanks for the quick response, we're efforting to find that option. Do you happen to know where we can shut that off, assuming it's a global setting? Found it--but it's not turned on (see attached).

Hey guys, I'm wondering if any of you have seen this one before. We have a user who uses MasterCam 2022 and was just upgraded to SolidWorks 2021 SP05.1. When he drags SLDPRT files into MasterCam, he gets the attached error. If we hit retry a few times the error goes away but how can we get MasterCam to stop producing this message? Note: We've tried both local and network files, same result.
