Eh, I'm giving up on this release. I can't paste a number into the translate dialog box. I actually have to get a program to a machine, so I can't trust using this. It looks cool, but it seems like it is so buggy that it can't be trusted. Plus I wonder why they went to the trouble to redo all the toolbar icons, but the ribbon bar is still the original style as well as the translate/rotate dialog boxes.
I am having the same problem. I didn't have much time to try it since I installed release 2, but I was going to try out release 3. It's almost unusable with the jumpiness/lag I have to wait for menu items to show up and model rotation with 3dconnexion controller is terrible. I wonder if there is a quick fix?
I got the same error on Thursday. I essentially have a clean mcx7+ sp1 install. Said there was an error in depth cuts. I had no depth cuts. .005 deep, .03 inc feed plane, .05 abs retract plane, 2 inch clearance plane only at beginning and end. I had to just post it and use it. There seemed to be nothing wrong with it.
Well, I sent one off. I don't know if it will be sufficient. All file types were greyed out except for "config" I referenced a link to this post in the comment and the email body.
I'm not going to try to be grammar police on a forum. I would be very busy. I just think in a software error message, the spelling/grammar should be correct.
One of our Mori lathes from 1999 tells you to "Please closed the door" on startup. That's from Japan though(translating error).
