Arp...........That looks like something Hurco used to do 2 meh.......... The scallop tool path added a small gouge like that in a gate I was workin on a few weeks back in a mold. I was glad it was only in the gate and not the part.

I use diamond coated em from SP3 the web site has a lot of info.........plus give them a call........they R very helpful. HTH
