  1. I only got to see my program run, when it is BAD NEWs.When the prog. is NFG that the programmer go to the floor to fix it.

  3. CNC MILL FADAL VMC4020 GE FANUC series 18i-MB5 I still could not understand why that the G28 x0. Y9.0 suppost to move the machine table to the home center and closer to the operator. Machine table x0,y0 is in the center of the table. But the Y axis move to Y9.0 then back to Y0 and stop there ?? That how my NC prog. -- M9 M0M5 G91G28Z0. G28X0Y9.0 M30 %

  5. Steve, I can't open Mastercam and when I look into folder some dir were gone. So the IT guys said, I f***** up and he kind of "repair" it but all my setting were gone. Sad. What a howling night... Now I am up and running but all those tooling and OP. were gone ..after all that bloody years ...no tear to cry .. I hope someone learn it from my mistake.
  6. I have to re-install my MR2 this morning because the MR2 CRASHED after the Halloween night? System: Mcax MR2 level 2, mill Now I have to reset all my setting. My question is how do you all back up your setting so that such thing happened you could just move things around and have what you used to be. What file or folders to backup? and where? HAPPY the day after ....

  8. My D0/UNDO icon is missing ? Somehow I have removed it my mistake. Now I cannot find it. Is there anyway that I can save my setting so that even I made a mistake. When I re-open my Mcax again all the setting will be the same.

  11. For Alum. I usaully use 3/4" dia spot drill with 90 deg Incl. Run at S3000 F12 with G82.

Tapping cycles get switched around too.// Thad, I noticed that on the Define Tool Page, At parameter section. Cycle : drill/cbore. tap etc On the m6 tap hole it was set for drill/c/bore not Tap. Could that caused the problems ? jimic
