    Right click the Mastercam icon on your desktop. Find the properties then go to the shortcut. Make sure that the target ends with the extension .exe /s This should allow you to have the solids option turned on.

    Mitsubishi made me some .059 drills with thru coolant, 32 x dia. I'm not drilling quite as aggressive, 12000 rpm and .025 ipm, but they work great for drilling 1.9 inches deep in 6061.
