  1. So the only fix for this problem is to shut Mastercam down and restart it. What a PITA.
  2. I am having this same issue. How can I fix it.
  3. SGS Did the spindles at 2 of the shops I have worked at. Turned out just like new.
  4. Would it work to set the amount of peck in the tool parameters. And then set '' Use tool's step ,peck and coolant " in Machine Group Properties tool settings tab.
  5. If you programmed the right feeds & speeds, IPM or IPR doesn't matter. If the rpm gets slowed down the feed does also to maintain the correct chip load.
  6. Thanks for the work around. That helps.
  7. There are to many columns, I can't read the dia. column without moving the edge EVERY time .
  8. I was afraid that was the answer. That would be a good thing to change with X7.
  9. I am cutting a die cavity and would like to start on the bottom and cut up. Is there a setting that would allow me to do that with Surface High Speed Hybrid toolpath. We have X6 MU2.
  10. You could copy the original file with a new name. Then delete all the geometry and merge your new mold geometry into that file with the ops.
  11. How do I keep the Ribbon Bar from moving around. Each time I select Trim, create circle, create line, etc. the ribbon bar moves further down the screen. I do not want to waste space on the tool bar by locking the ribbon bar there. We are running X6 MU2,on Win 7.
