Hi, We have a Multus B-400W, & a In House Solutions post, the original post we were sent was locked & horibly wrong!!!! We got a new one & there was only a small portion locked. Our main issue is the new post is not helical milling correctly, it is using G1 instead of G2/G3. All the settings are correct in the Control definition Screen. If we run the same file with the original .pst &.psb file the prog comes out correctly but the X&Z were the wrong way around. Has anyone got any ideas on how I can fix this, we have left messages with our reseller but he usually take a week or two to get back to us, I need help sooner!!!!
