  1. He found it, what he was looking for was for the turret to move the tailstock and have the quill to come out. M60 V-?? M14 (quill out)

  6. Thanks Guys, If you can help out with the TEST-4.mcam (2021) file this would be greatly appreciated. It may not be the same tool you use but can help with the overall process I'm trying to develop on Inco with ceramic inserts. BBprecise Greenleaf used to have a great section in their old catalogs showing how to prep edges for ceramics and best practices, don't know if they still do or not.   8. Hello, I asking for some help to better use ceramic inserts on a Lathe. If you have experience on how to keep your inserts from chipping and lasting longer, please help me develop a better process. It was recommend to me to chamfer or radius into and out of the cut. I have included a TEST.mcam file. I'm and roughing the ID in sections for chips and to check or change insert if needed. My inserts are not lasting more than one section and is chipping.   10. crazy^millman I work in Long Beach at the Virgin Orbit factory. That's is a good idea to reach out to our sister company. Are you referring to David G. from Cad/Cam Consulting? I'm not using the MT version and am not looking to add this myself, that's a job for In-House solutions. Just looking to see want I could add to our post. Thanks
  11. Hello everyone. I'm looking to add some functionality to some of Mastercam’s drilling cycles. My Drill/Peck - G83 and Tap - G84/G88/G384 cycles work perfectly, but I looking see what I could add/customize to my post that other have done to theirs. Machine: DMG Mori NLX 2500 Lathe (C & Y Axis) Please send me any customized drilling cycle code. Thanks
