I just wanted to thank everyone for their input. My software provider sent me some info without my asking...I guess this problem has been common. Basically, because I have a 64 bit OS I needed to run both the x64 and x86 files from the "Common" file folder. If anyone is having this same problem, I can forward them the e-mail I was sent to open the correct folders and files to run. Thanks again to all. Now I need to learn how to draw wire frames : ) I'm sure the learning curve will be steep, but I have the book and I'm ready to roll.

I'm reposting this question since I think I didn't include a proper subject line in my first post, sorry. I'm very new to the forum type environment. My name is Jim and I just bought Mastercam LT 4 and a super duper computer to go with it, I mean my computer has more GB, processor speed, video card, etc. than was required. I basically took the minimum requirements listed and doubled them, but... Software loaded fine, when I double click to open the program I get an error message that the "side-by-side configuration was not correct" Is there something I am missing in my Control Panel settings? Suggestions? I appreciate the help!
