This person should have 5 years experience minimum of programming and setup from blueprint with G-code programming at the control. 1-2 people operators will be under them for starters. Hands on position running machines, G-code programming, setup, troubleshooting, mentoring, operating 5 Axis Haas and Mori Mill/Turns. Needs to be independent and responsible. Mastercam X4 is used for the 5 axis programming and fixture design. This is a long term position to develop and maintain the 2nd shift department. 90 days HMO/ PPO 1 year 401K. 6-8 hours of OT per week with M-Thursday 4:30PM to 2:30AM. Probably a $2.00 shift premium.
