  1. I typically use "force tool change" on all our lathe programs, (lots of resetting steady rests for long shafts). But now that I've switched to x6 and changed to mplmaster, I'll force a tool change, and I get two lines back to back, G28 U0. W0. G28 U0. W0. Any ideas?
  2. Is there a way also with this to output a sequence number that with every new operation?
  3. Hello all, We have 3 Mazak lathes here and for some reason, if the operator stops the program in the middle of an eia/iso program, it reverts back to g98 instead of g99. I was wondering if there is a way to have the post out put g99 for every tool path? I'm using a lightly altered copy of the generic 2 axis post. Thanks.
  4. I've noticed the creating set up sheets with active reports tutorial seems to be x4 based, and the x5 version of active reports designer seems to be changed a little, has anyone made an updated tutorial yet?
  5. Sorry, I should have been more clear, these are actually outside radii, hence why I am getting so confused. I have managed to get the machine to run the program when I turn off "optimize cutter comp in control" and "roll around corners".
  6. Hello All, Was curious if anyone else has one of these Machine/Control combinations, I'm running into troubles running G code when I make a small move (seems less than .010") and I have TNR Comp on. Anyone have a fix (besides a filter on the post?) Thanks in advance! P.S. Error code is something like number 725, tool nose radius comp error.
