  1. Good morning Ernie... I just installed (Verisurf Tools for MC-2019), and it installed just fine, with no problems! Thank You, Ruben,
  2. Absolutely Ernie... I've been waiting for 2019 tools! Were can we download?
  3. Hi Thomas.... Thank you for sharing your C-Hook program with us English guys! Just wanted to ask if you guys were planning on making a English version of your instruction video any time soon? Ruben,
  4. That's perfect.... Thanks Machineguy, I really appreciate you taking your time to do this!
  5. Thanks for your response you guys... Cant wait to get that sample Machineguy. I know how to work the most probing cycles on the controller, even to probe coming off the center of the stock or center of a hole. Sometimes we need to come off a DATUM which would be on the center of a feature (Aerospace), so if I have multiple parts to run I would like to set up the program so that it can indicate the center for each part (because each part might just be a little different in size), indicate by just pressing Cycle Start, w/o me having to run thru the probing cycle manually. I've seen this be done before in another company by an operator I had back then. I just did not get around to asking the operator at that time how he set that up. Not sure if that is a Haas Probing Cycle that I don't know of but is available in the cotroller, or if one has to create and wright a sub-program to make the Mill do that at the beginning to every part prior to running my program. Ruben,
  6. Hi everyone... I need some help with this. I have a few HAAS 3-Axis Mills (Sample of - VF2-YT, 2012) with Renishaw Probing System - and I'm trying to figure out how to probe my parts 'maybe' thru a sub-program prior to running my program so that I can come from the center of each part (or stock), without having to manually indicate that center everytime? Thanks, Ruben
  7. Yeah... It's one of the things that got me really excited about X9... and now, it's like - now you have it - and now you don't! :0\ Uurgh!! It seem to me like it was working fine, but then again I did not use it enough to find what was wrong with it.... but again I hope they work it out, and eventually add it back!
  8. :o/ What a bummer! I really got exited when I saw that new option.... I use these High Speed Tools a lot, so being able to verify using the tool as it really is was really exiting to me! I really hope they work out the bugs and add it back to the new release - because I could really use it almost on a daily basis. Hopefully there is more users out there that feel the same way as I do. Ruben,
  9. Hey... is it just me, or did the first X9 Beta come out with an option on the Mill Library to create High Speed Type Tools that is now gone with the new beta updates? Does anyone know why that option was removed? Ruben,
  10. Hey... my employer has Verisurf for a Faro Arm in the Inspection Dpt. But I want to run these tools on my Mastercam X8 Version that I use to make the Mill programs here in the CNC Dpt. Is there a way that I can have this on my computer that does not have Verisurf on it and only use the Free Tools w/o having to add the Verisurf Code? If so, how would I get rid of the message asking for the code everytime I open up MCX? THX, Ruben
  11. Yes I am.... stock model is good for multiple operations. But as i'm creating my toolpaths, I keep updating the stck model and it comes to a specific toolpath that for some reason (as explained by the mcam techs) the toolpath cuts across the stock itself into my part.
  12. Sounds good! Thanks.... I use 'stock model' every day, so this is a big problem for me because I noticed that changing my setting on my control def. to fix my CAM problem... the setting actually slows down my rapid motion on my Mill. So hopefully this does get resolved soon.
  13. Oh mannn... this was a problem I was getting frustated with! Thanks guys... I was about to quit on X8, but this definitely fixed the problem for now. Dammmn thing was just so slow! Does anyone have any issues with the Stock Model? every once in a while i'm getting the stock model getting trimmed off in to my part for no reason. No tool ever gets near in to my part but yet the stock model shows to be cut in areas it should'nt.... I was told to change a setting on my control definition (Rapid Motion Setting), and it seems to fix it for the most part but every once in a while it will do it again. Still does not make sence to change my Rapid setting on my post just to fix this problem that was not there in the previous versions. What do you guys think?
  14. Hey Jim... I've just send you the e-mail with the sample program (X8_File) and a .zip2go File. E-mailed to: [email protected] And in response to your question... Yes, I did define my stock on the Verify Settings. I tried many different definitions of stock like using a Solid, Box and Sock Model. Still nothing! Ruben,
