Imo the output is correct. How does your Zoller "know" that your .074 tool originally was an .075 ?

I was close, but not correct: 2.0 + 0.5 = 2.5, will be round to 3.0 So first check for already being an integer. then add 0.5 and round.

First add 0.50, and then do the normal round.

I have put the X-Style coolant from the Mpmaster in my .set setup sheet. The output is done by: The output is fine, exept one situation: If there is no coolant selected there is no output, but there i want an waring. First i tried without success: Then i read the parameters Also no success, Now i'm lost. ideas??

IMHO he SHOULD order this, using both systems will be a nightmare.

Some times here the same. open an pdf file in adobe acrobat use your scroll there then move the mous to mastercam (with out clicking) and scroll out and out. Most times you can correct by clicking some where (toolpath manager or the header) in mastercam

This is what i've done, AND the "Use tool's step, peck, coolant" in the Machine Group Properties is set. But it is not rock solid. Now i have the (X-style) coolant added to my setup sheet so we can check before sending the program to the machine

Before "T35", do an toolcall "T0" Then toolcall "T35", so "T0" is in pocket 35 Run "T35" Again an toolcall "T0", "T35" is back in pocket 35 Then call the next tool

For the toolgeo and library's i made: C:\MCAM-files\ Tools_DXF Tools_X6 Tools_X8 Tools_X9 Now there is only one place for the DXF files We've only 2 seats here, by this way it's easier to synchonise those files.

I'm also an X9 user, the boxes/windows for Levels, WCS's AND Color come up where i left them last time, even after shutdown and restart Mcam. Maybe an windows setting?? BTW: Win 10 here

Will the 'MPLMaster' be close or at least a good starting point?
