Hey Brandon, Yesterday I was trying to see what line of code it was gouging on. I ran the program and waited with my hand on feed hold waiting for it to gouge......It never did. It was the same program that gouged the day before. Now I am baffled. Dont know what to do next.
I am kicking it out with I,J,and k and the high speed with G05.1 Q1 Had no luck thus far. also tried breaking arcs at quadrants then 180 then dont break arcs. everything gouged. Am running out of options. And thank you all for your responses. Am going to try YCI tech support.
Turned on the high speed maching and looks good so far. It just increases the machine time. Am leaving .02" for a finish pass. So i really dont need the machine to slow down in the corners like it does. and will try and post a pic. I am feeding at 175 ipm stepping down .05". Program runs good on our milltronics and Haas.
it is kicking out feed moves and looks like the x and y moves or constant. The out put feedrate is set at 500ipm. Didnt know if this was an arc problem in my definition manager or not. it is set to break arcs at 180
I am machining 6061 aluminum on a YCM vertical machine. I am using high speed rest roughing and am getting gouges on my part but am not seeing it on screen or in my verification. Has anyone else know what direction to point me in to fix this.
