  1. Hello everyone, I am adjusting a MPMaster post for X6 for one of our machines and want to add a section so prompt windows pop up when posting for information input (programmer, job#, P/N, ect.). Any input would be great!! Thanks, Chris
  2. Did some looking and found that X5 has a bug that messes with this exact feature. I loaded the MU1 patch, only reselected my geometery, and regenorated, it comes out perfect.
  3. I am having a issue with a Helix milling cycle, on my PC when I post it and look at the code, it activates the cutter comp but does not turn in off and moves to its next location. I am guessing that it is dangerus to have cutter comp activated when it is doing positional moves. We did a test in a different file, everything identical and it turns it off. The only way to get rid of the problem is to do a perpendicular entry. Any thoughts?
  4. I am having this same problem and my "No Heliex Allowed" is NOT checked. What else could it be? I am creating the same thread in two different files, it posts correct for one, but the other comes out as little lines.
  5. Got it, when we upgrade to X6 we should be ok to open the native SolidWorks file though correct? Thank you to everyone and their input.
  6. Hello all, I tried this fix on a coworkers PC and it did not work. My work station is the only one that has SolidWorks, if a station does not have SolidWorks, should they still be able it open SolidWorks part files in Mastercam. Right now I have to save all of my models as .step files for everyone else to be able to open them in Mastercam. Thanks, Chris
