  1. note to self... scase_tr_c_2 : "10110012.000000000" #Top turret/Right spindle, Left Face cut 3rd binary digit from left is column "C" ...(.# C - Plane 0 arc/comp, 0 = normal, 1 = switch) looks like it's switched to 1. I'll switch it to 0 tomorrow morning and see what happens.
  2. Well, got that taken care of....next is to get it to post G41 like it should. I have the tool offset set correct going around the outside profile, caxis rotating CCW, tool "left" but the code comes out with G42. Looks like I have some more tweaking to do
  3. Oh you found it first, just noticed after I refreshed page, LOL! THank you!
  4. I found it!!! It was in the pcout function. variable stra variable. in the "else" section....result=nwards(stra, cout_a) if millcc & g112address=0, ...stry, cabs if millcc & g112address=1, ...stra, cabs..........this one thanks, guys for your help!!!
  5. Yep, that's there and it is labeled "C" correctly. All I can figure is that it's getting bad info from the MD, even though everything is defined as "C".....It's probably not reading the MD parameters correctly. I have looked all through the post (MPLMASTER) and there's nothing obvious that would assign "A" to rotary axis....maybe I'm overlooking something but I have searched over again and again.
  6. Thanks! I looked all throughout the post and it doesen't have any options as obvious as the mill post example you gave. I appreciate it, though!
  7. Does anyone have any input as to why on a caxis face contour it would post 'A' for my rotary axis instead of 'C' for my C axis sub-spindle? I have the machine component property set correctly for 'C'. On the main side it is correct, just sub is wrong. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
