Colin, that's what it was. They have combined some of the dynamic tool paths together and moved things around in X9, I'm just not used to where all of these buttons are now. Thanks so much. This was driving me crazy.

Yes, this is set to never. What is really strange is Opti Area in X6 and X8 work just fine. I can import the operation from X8 into X9, reselect the same geometry, and get it to work.

Using X8 these days and liking the new features. One thing I am having an issue with is saving the stock out of verify. The quality of the stl file seems to be very lacking now. I have played with various settings to no avail. I usually use the stock model feature, but the project I am working on is a rather complex and large aerospace part,and at a certain point, it gets difficult to get the stock model feature to work. Is there a secret to getting a clean stl file from verify in X8, or is this just something we have to deal with I the new verify?

I get this error when trying to verify toolpaths in X7. It seems Mcam is looking in the wrong folder, and I can't for the life of me figure out how to change this path. Everything seems OK in X6 and X8.

Downloaded and installed 10-8-14 version, still the same situation. The top of the window that you need to grab with the mouse to move the window is outside the working area.

In the registry there is value for the window placement under Verisurf Preferences. Could this be modified to move the window? See the attached pic.
