Ok great thanks for feed bk. I need to learn how to poat a sample file on this forum. I will do that and post it in the morning. Ill check out your video. I loved your 1st couple. Im checking that one out now. This project has me stuck at work trouble shooting.

I'm trying to clean up these walls with a 1/4 ball endmill. my tool keeps going thru my part and I'm not skilled enough yet to know why. id like to get by with a little help from my friends

When it comes to facing all five sides of my block im creating planes for each face and chaining each one separately. Is there a beter way?

Great. Thanks for the feed bk. I acually stumbled upon by accident. I figuered if i have a plane do i need 5 axis. (Rookie at 5 axis, been playin with mills and mastercam for 15 years). Worked out great when i switched to 3 axis. Click click boom. Thanks for your input an wheel see ya a round.

I love to see arcs as much as I can. Am I forced to use small straight line on my 4 and 5 axis hole milling toolpaths?
