  1. That's exactly what I'm trying to do Unfortunately, I can't open MasterCam right now due to me being away from the network that is hosting my license. EDIT: How did you create the surface you used as a drive for the blend? Also, how would you rough it out before finishing it? That is my main question.
  2. That's my bad, woops! I'm trying to apply a toolpath to the wave-like surface around the pocket. I just can't seem to find a solution by myself.
  3. Back again with another question I have this part with 3D circular surface, but after much trying and frustration, I cannot find a proper way to apply toolpaths. The toolpath keeps digging into the hole in the middle of the part. How would you do it? TEST.MCX-7
  4. Thanks once again I just need to play around with planes some more to it just right.
  5. Thank you! That is exactly what I was going for I was a bit confused at first because I couldn't open the parameters (I got an error where it reset all the parameters to default. But I found the toolpath you were talking and it all worked out. I have a couple more questions if you don't mind: Which toolpath would you use to rough the part? What would the rotary toolpath be better for? -Thomas
  6. Hi For the past few days I've been messing around with the rotary toolpath, and so far I have been able to apply it without any major problems. Here's my problem: When I generate the toolpath and want to verify it, the tool starts at the chuck and moves towards the origin. How can I change the starting point so the tool starts from the origin and moves in the X positive direction? -Thomas 4TH AXIS TEST.MCX-7
