The .PST was correct but the error was from the .psb, which is encrypted binary file and we had to contact and pay (maintenance expired) the reseller to address. It would not be ideal from consumer perspective if we have to pay reseller each time to edit the .psb file, even if we edit the .pst correct.
Hi guys
hope all are well. How to properly omit custom prompts during posting? I located custom questions in the .pst file and just added # in from of it under fq and pheader. Now prompts are not showing up but post error "The post block output type processing has failed!, Label has not been defined" appears. The program posts fine, just how to correct the error?

Hi guys,
could anyone point me in the right direction please. I am trying to remove decimal point from B Axis Rotation.
Using modified V18.00 P0 E1 W18.00 T1450384971 M18.00 I0 O1 - # Post Name : MPMASTER on a Hitachi Seiki HS500 Horizontal , Indexer
T1 M06 (2" FACE MILL)
G00 G17 G90 G54 X-2.675 Y0. S6000 M03
B0.
G43 H1 Z1. M08 T2
Z.1
should be
T1 M06 (2" FACE MILL)
G00 G17 G90 G54 X-2.675 Y0. S6000 M03
B0
G43 H1 Z1. M08 T2
I am looking at # Common User-defined Variable Initializations (not switches!)
AND # Format statements - n=nonmodal, l=leading, t=trailing, i=inc, d=delta
will Try to modify the MPMaster instead,
how to move B to separate line, just before G43 and remove the Point from B? Thanks so much guys

the MP master W18.00 T1450384971 M18.00 I0 O1, has it built in but I can't find the code to copy into the old post
I am on a Hitachi Seiki HS500 full axis, Hitachi Seiki HS500 indexer and Doosan HP4000 full axis
Thanks for the replies,
I inherited highly edited [post_VERSION] #DO NOT MOVE OR ALTER THIS LINE# V18.00 P0 E1 W18.00 T1439522600 M18.00 I0 O0 and recently downloaded
[post_VERSION] #DO NOT MOVE OR ALTER THIS LINE# V18.00 P0 E1 W18.00 T1450384971 M18.00 I0 O1 but there too many other changes I have to make for the Hitachi Horizontals
- Force tool change works but I would have to create separate toolpath for each B, so drilling 50 holes would be 50 tool paths
- I can just use clearance or retract but rather have the safety move be automatic in case someone else programs it
Hi guys,
how do I add automatic Z safety move via post before each B rotation?
For example if I use same tool on three sides, how to retract out to Z0 home for example, before rotatingn B axis,
thanks guys
