The date on my previous post was March the 7th and up till a couple of weeks ago everything was running well. Then one morning the machine wouldn't boot up
it ended up being the software again it must have ate itself up or something anyhow they installed the newest version again. We will see how it goes again.

We too have a Haas umc 750 and a Postability Post. Ours comes up with error codes 2.103 y axis servo error too large , 9971 excessive axis speed or acceleration , 949 internal feed error detected. The machine just stops, right after gouging my part, started doing it when I first started doing 5 axis simultaneous machining now it is doing it on simple surfacing. It has ruined (5) , 3500.00 parts in the last 2 weeks. Haas finally fessed up to the fact that they have a software issue and are going to up grade the software some day soon I hope .I would double check the WRZP numbers as I don't see any 12" numbers in the code you have posted It could be the software with yours as well. Good luck!

Did you try moving the part so it is crooked and it uses more c axis and less b axis it might be tougher to fixture and probe your part but if your boss is looking for a bunch of axis movement might be the way to go.

One of my sayings around the shop where I work is You live by the vice so shall you die by the vice. A quality designed and built fixture can be worth it's weight in gold literally.
For my new years resolution I thought I would help others on this forum instead of just being helped so here goes.
I see you are just using a 4 axis machine definition so I assume you are going to cut the other stuff first. If it were me I would use xform roll and unroll the 2 contour lines and then use simple contour with axis substitution to cut them to size then using the same 2 lines I would run a
flat bottom counterbore like the kind Harvey tools sells and take the hump on the surface left by the end mill out yep that's how I would do it
but then again I am old school and don't have the multi axis stuff.
