try cleaning your temp folder and deleting all cookies from the computer to gain access to the temp folder you need to go to tool > options > view tab > select view all files give this a try before you call your reseller.

Gentlemen I have never switched from english to metric after all my toolpaths are done, I tryied it and screwed up all toolpaths does anybody have a better way to post in metric from english without changing the tools to metric as well?
