I received a model from a customer that I would like to use for programming. The only issue is that it is in metric. I can scale the part down, but all of the programming is still set in metric. Whats a good process for using models generated in metric that need to be programmed in standard?
Thanks
Looking for some advice for machining, surfacing in particular, of 954 aluminum bronze. Also need some tooling recommendations. 3/8" or 1/2" ballnose. I don't have a ton of parts to do, so just something to get me thru.
Thanks in advance.

We have a Mazak 250 that we have attempted to broach on. However, when trying to program using a Mazak manual process, the machine won't feed without the spindle turning. Does anyone know a work around for this? Or which parameter possibly to change?
Thanks
